Privacy Notice
Last updated October 13, 2026.
Who we are
This notice explains how Reputiva (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects and uses personal information through this website and when we work with you. Reputiva is a team of independent specialists based in the Philippines, serving small businesses in the United States. You can reach us about anything in this notice at hello@getreputiva.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, email, business name, website, how you heard about us and your message. The form on this site opens your own email app, so the information reaches us as an email you send.
- Email and WhatsApp. Whatever you include when you write to us at hello@getreputiva.com or message us on WhatsApp.
- Booking a consultation. If you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give, and shares them with us.
- Client work. If you hire us, the business information, account access and materials you share so we can do the work.
Information about your business that we review
To prepare a free audit, we review publicly available information about your business and up to two competitors, such as your website, social profiles, Google Business Profile, reviews and any public ads.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or tracking cookies.
- If you turn motion off, the site stores that one preference in your browser’s local storage under the name
site-motion. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. - The site’s display font is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests it from Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google’s use of that information is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this notice before we do, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use personal information
- To reply to you and schedule your consultation
- To prepare your free audit and competitor snapshot
- To provide, report on and invoice for the services you hire us for
- To keep this website secure and working
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this site and do our work, such as our email provider, scheduling (Calendly), messaging (WhatsApp, operated by Meta) and our hosting provider, and with platforms you ask us to work in on your behalf. Each of them handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Where information is processed
Our team works from the Philippines, so information you send us may be accessed from there. The service providers above may store information in the United States or elsewhere.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and audit notes only as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up. We keep client records for as long as we work together, and afterwards for any period the law requires, such as for tax records.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the state you live in, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a growing number of others, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or its use for targeted advertising (we do neither)
- Appeal a decision we make about your request
How to make a request
Email hello@getreputiva.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us what you’d like us to do. We will confirm your identity by replying to the email address we have on file for you, and we aim to respond within 45 days. If you disagree with our response, reply to the same thread to appeal and we will review it again. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Global Privacy Control
Because we don’t sell or share personal information, there is currently nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of. If that changes, we will honor GPC signals as an opt-out.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to the people doing the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page whenever we change this notice.
