Services

Three services in every plan. Two you can add.

Every one of them fixes a specific leak: a customer who can’t find you, can’t trust you, or can’t reach you. Here’s exactly what’s inside each one, what it costs, and what it costs on its own.

The problem each service solves

Where do small businesses lose customers online?

Usually at one of three moments. The customer can’t find you, because you’re missing from search results and maps. They can’t trust you, because your site breaks on a phone or your reviews look thin. Or they can’t reach you, because an enquiry sits unanswered until they’ve booked with someone else.

Find

They can’t find you.

Google Business Profile posts and our optimization checklist put you on the map, blogs answer what people search for, and the social calendar keeps you visible every week.

Verify

They can’t trust you.

A fast, mobile-first website with consistent business details and direct answers to the questions people ask before they buy.

Reach

They can’t reach you.

Automation catches every enquiry from Messenger, your web form and the phone, and follows up so nothing sits unread.

In every plan · Website with SEO + AEO

What does a Reputiva website include?

Every site is built to be found twice: once by Google, and once by the AI assistants your customers ask instead. That means technical SEO, fast load times, a mobile-first layout and FAQ schema, plus four new blog posts a month. The website is free with Starter and Growth, and the domain is registered in your name.

Built to be found twice. Once by Google, once by whatever your customer asks instead of Google. Hosting, maintenance and four blog posts a month keep it working.

SEO

  • Technical setup and site speed
  • Metadata and a mobile-first layout
  • Linked to your Google Business Profile
  • Consistent name, address and phone

AEO

  • FAQ schema shipped as standard
  • Direct-answer content structure
  • A monthly check of what AI assistants say about you
  • Built to be quoted, not just ranked

Four blog posts a month

Each post answers a question your customers ask before they call, in plain language. It gives Google and AI assistants something real to quote, and gives your customers a reason to trust you before they pick up the phone.

Why AEO comes as standard

Your customers stopped typing keywords. They ask a question now, and something answers it for them. If your business isn’t structured to be cited in that answer, you’re not in the consideration set at all, and no amount of posting fixes it. So it ships inside every website we build, not as a separate line.

In a plan, or on its own

Starter, $1,299 a month. A free 1 to 4 page site with hosting, maintenance and four blog posts a month, plus the social calendar and Google Business Profile posts.

Growth, $1,599 a month. The same, with a free 4 to 8 page site and 18 social posting days.

On its own. A $500 one-time website fee plus $300 a month for hosting and maintenance, covering 1 to 4 pages and four blog posts a month.

In every plan · Social Calendar

What’s included in a monthly social calendar?

A month of creative, planned once, approved in a single sitting and delivered ready to post. It comes with brand guidelines, a design system, a marketing strategy, and every post with its caption, hashtags and date attached. Starter covers 12 posting days a month and Growth covers 18. On its own, the calendar is $1,199 a month.

A month of creative planned once, approved in a single sitting, and delivered ready to post. Nobody on your team is writing a caption at 9pm.

What you get every month

  • Brand guidelines: voice, color, type and logo use
  • A design system your posts are built from
  • A marketing strategy: pillars, cadence, and what each post is for
  • Captions, hashtag sets and posting dates attached
  • One revision round built into every month
  • Delivered as a shareable calendar, approved in one pass

On its own, $1,199 a month. 12 posting days.

In every plan · Google Business Profile Posts

What are Google Business Profile posts, and who publishes them?

Every month we prepare posts and photos for 12 posting days on your Google Business Profile, taken from your content calendar and ready to upload. You publish them, so the profile always stays in your hands. We also audit your profile, write an optimization checklist for your business, and walk you through the changes on a call.

Posts and photos for your Google profile, ready for you to upload. You publish them, so the profile always stays yours.

What you get every month

  • Posts for 12 posting days, written and designed for your profile
  • Photos to add, from your content calendar
  • Holiday-hours reminders before every holiday
  • A review-reply guide in your voice

The optimization checklist

Categories, services, hours, description, attributes, photos and your review-request link, written step by step for your business. We go through it with you on a call or a screen share while you make the changes.

Why you publish, not us

Your profile is often the first thing people see on Google and Maps. Keeping the login and every edit with you means no one can lock you out of it, including us. We never ask for manager access.

Add-on · Meta Ads Management

How does Meta ads management work?

We handle setup, targeting and creative testing, then optimize every week instead of setting and forgetting. Your ad spend goes straight from you to Meta, and nobody on the team ever holds, invoices or marks it up. It’s an add-on to either plan, quoted after your audit, and each monthly report answers four plain questions.

Campaigns you can explain to your accountant.

Your monthly report answers four questions

Reach

How many people actually saw it.

Cost per result

What one lead or message cost you.

Results

Leads, messages or sales attributed.

Winning creative

Which variant to keep running.

A minimum spend, agreed up front

We agree a minimum monthly spend before anything launches, so campaigns have enough budget to learn. Below that threshold, the honest answer is that ads aren’t worth running yet, and we’ll tell you so.

Housing, employment, credit and social-issue ads sit in Meta’s special ad categories, where targeting is restricted. For those businesses we lead with the website, the Google profile and content.

Add-on · Automation & Custom Systems

What can process automation do for a small business?

It catches the enquiries you’re already losing. Messages from Messenger, your web form, and phone or walk-in leads land in one inbox, tagged and assigned, with appointment reminders and review requests handled for you. Your team is trained on it before it goes live, and every system is scoped after a discovery call.

The enquiries you’re already losing: captured, routed, and followed up without anyone remembering to do it.

How an enquiry moves

Why it’s scoped, not flat-priced

Every business loses enquiries somewhere different. A clinic loses them to missed calls, a contractor to a web form nobody checks, a restaurant to Messenger at 10pm. So we scope the system after a discovery call and give you one fixed price before anything is built.

Text messages go only to people who opted in, and business texting is registered first, as US carriers require.

Included in every engagement, never invoiced separately.

  • Domain and hosting

Registered in your name, so control stays with you.

  • FAQ schema and AEO structure

Standard on every build. Not an upsell.

  • A ninety-day re-score

The identical audit, re-run, so you can see what actually moved.

  • Plain-language reporting

Monthly, readable in five minutes, no jargon.

  • One named contact

Not a ticket queue. The person who did the audit.

  • Your assets on exit

Files, access and documentation handed over within 15 days.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do you post to or manage our Google Business Profile?

No. Your Google Business Profile stays in your hands. We prepare the posts and photos, write a step-by-step optimization checklist and walk you through the changes on a call. You make the edits and publish the posts, and we never ask for manager access to your profile, so no one can lock you out of it.

Can I buy one service on its own?

Yes. The website is $500 one-time plus $300 a month for hosting and maintenance, and the social calendar is $1,199 a month. Bought together that’s $1,499 a month plus the $500 fee, while Starter is $1,299 a month with the website free. Google Business Profile work on its own is priced after your audit.

Who owns the website, the domain and the ad account?

You do. Domains, hosting, ad accounts and your Meta Business Manager are set up in your name, and we get access only where the work needs it. If we ever stop working together, your files, access and documentation are handed over within 15 days, at no extra charge.

The next step

Let us run the audit. It costs you nothing.

Thirty minutes, a scored report, a competitor snapshot, and one thing you can fix yourself this week, whether or not you ever hire us.

Every route reaches a real person on the team, not a ticket system.
